Qualifications:	Thrush Aircraft, Inc. is a leading manufacture of crop dusters has an opening in our fiberglass department. Thrush Aircraft has an immediate need for a Fiberglass Mold Repair Specialist. Thrush is seeking a fiberglass craftsman with hand laid, mold maintenance and repair experience.
Openings:
Schedule:	Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Duties:	Forms fiberglass laminates to mold. Cleans and perpares mold. Appllies mold and release agents to secure seperation of parts. May also assist and train other Thrush employees.

Quality Control Inspector

Education:
Experience:	Quality Control experience is a plus
Skills:	Must have ability to read blueprints, charts, and be able to use precision measuring/inspection equipment.
Qualifications:	Self starter and self directed – can search for answer to questions/issues that arise on own without a lot of direction Basic level of proficiency in MS Word Someone who is self-motivated and career driven with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm and commitment to excellence Able to independently assess, prioritize and direct activities in response to requests
Openings:

Duties:	Approve or reject manufactured parts based upon conformance/nonconformance respective Thrush Aircraft specifications. Follow written procedures to ensure that products confirm to specifications and Thrush Aircraft requirements. Assures that the performance of all new and existing parts meet engineering and production requirements by working closely with inspectors and technicians.

Aircraft Painter

Qualifications:	Job Description: The Aircraft Painter coats surfaces of aircraft with paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin or other material, spray guns, removes old paint from aircraft, using liquid paint remover and scraper. Smoothes surface with sandpaper and steel wool, roughens aluminum surfaces to insure that paint adheres to surface, masks and covers portions of surfaces not to be painted, and paint insignia, letters or numerals on aircraft surface, using stencils.
