Industry leader Sky Tractor will service Thrush operators in five-state region.

(Albany, GA) –Thrush Aircraft added to its growing network of customer support facilities today with the announcement it has appointed Sky Tractor as its newest factory-authorized Service Center. Located in Hillsboro, North Dakota, Sky Tractor is a well-known industry leader, serving ag operators in the expansive farmlands of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota.

Owned and operated by Peg Klemetson and Mike Deck, Sky Tractor will have the training, equipment and personnel to assist Thrush customers on-site with both regular and heavy maintenance, as well as parts support and warranty claims.

This is terrific news for the growing number of Thrush operators in the region – which has seen significant upticks in aerial spray activity over the past several years.

In addition, to providing full aircraft support for Thrush, Sky Tractor also represents all major lines of ag-related GPS system providers, and a wide variety of key suppliers to the industry. Just as important, Sky Tractor’s owners use the equipment they sell, every day, in their own on-location spray business.

“It’s as close to a one-stop shop as any Factory Service Center can be,” said Payne Hughes, president of Thrush Aircraft. “I have yet to meet a more knowledgeable or skilled staff. For us, Sky Tractor represents the perfect model for a Thrush factory- authorized support facility, and we’re extremely proud to have added them to our team,” he continued. “Customers will truly enjoy the experience they’ll have with Peg, Mike and their staff and I have no doubt you’ll see more operators in the region turning to Thrush as their aircraft of choice – thanks to the services being provided by folks like them.”

Sky Tractor was a favorite stop on the Thrush 2015 Summer Tour, with many local operators coming out to see and fly the new Thrush 510G. Both the Thrush 510G and the 510P have proven extremely popular in the region thanks to their outstanding handling, structural strength and on-going durability demanded by operators there.
